Maria Kucia-Albin
My Story
Born in Wrocław in 1956. A visual artist, she is a set and costume designer for theatre and television, and a painter. A graduate of the National Secondary School of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. From 1979 to 2021, she worked regularly with TVP as a set designer.
Individual and collective exhibitions of paintings in Italy (Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia)
Individual exhibition at the University of Warsaw in 2009.
Set design projects include numerous television programs, including Television Theatres, educational, entertainment, children's programs, etc. She is the author of the set design for a series of theatrical programs for TVP ABC "In the Land of Fairy Tales" and many others, such as Błażej's Bike, Domisie, Kuchcikowo, Mama i ja, Zdrowo z jęką, Grandma Róża i Gryzelka, 5-10-15, Ziarno, Budzik.
